Why Panel Fence

Easy to manage. Quick to secure. Almost no upkeep.

  • Easy To Manage

Temporary panel fencing is easy to install and disassemble, it is movable, and practical. There is no need to disturb the surface area by digging holes. Clamps with bolts are used to keep panels sturdy and metal stands are used to keep panels upright.

  • Quick and Effective Security

Panel fence goes up fast and creates an immediate, continuous barrier — which is why it is the default choice when a site needs to be closed off the same day it is called in.

  • Low Maintenance

Temporary panel fencing requires little maintenance once installed and can provide a clear and distinct visual barrier between property lines and separating distinct areas. It is used often on construction sites and in commercial areas because of its affordability, easy installation, and flexibility to move around.

Panel Fence FAQ

Common Questions

6′ tall × 12′ wide or 8′ tall × 10′ wide. The 6×12 is the most common.

Do you have to dig to install it?

No. There is no need to disturb the surface area by digging holes. Metal stands keep the panels upright, which makes panel fence the right product for pavement, parking lots and anywhere you cannot dig.

How are the panels held together?

Clamps with bolts keep the panels sturdy, and metal stands keep them upright.

When should I use post-driven fence instead?

or longer-term installations. A post-driven chain-link fence makes an excellent semi-permanent barrier, with posts driven at least 2 feet into the ground.

Can I add barbed wire to panel fence?

Yes — and that is unique to United Rent-A-Fence. We’ve designed special brackets that fasten securely to our panel fences.

How many sandbags do I need?

One bag per panel fence base, or two per base in a high-wind area — especially when windscreen is installed.

How much panel fence do you have?

Over 75 miles of inventory.
